Do your little ones want to keep the rocks they painted year-round? Finding painted rocks inside your house from previous projects? Here is a way to repurpose them!

What you'll need for this project:

  • Your favorite painted rocks (or grab some smooth ones from outside and paint them!)
  • Copper Wire
  • Needle Nose Pliers
  • Pen or marker (this is used to create the part to hold the photo, so choose the size that will fit your photos best)

Directions:

  1. Gather the rocks that you are going to use and set them to the side.
  2. Wrap a wire around a pen or marker pf your choice a few times to make some loops.
  3. Straighten out the rest of the wire underneath the loops. Wrap the rest of the wire around the stone.
  4. Stick a photo in between the loops to hold it upright. Your rock photo frame is complete!
